Minerals & ores

- Bauxite and copper concentrate
- Draft survey and grade analysis
Commercial Partners LLC buys, ships and sells bulk and containerised cargo across four continents — minerals, natural rubber, petroleum products and precious metals. Verified goods, clean documents, settlement that clears.
We deal in physical cargo, not paper exposure. Every product line below is traded against independent inspection at load port and, where the material calls for it, a second assay on discharge.
Bulk parcels from West and Southern African, South American and Asian producers, shipped to mills and smelters.
Container programmes out of Southeast Asia and West Africa on monthly or quarterly contracts.
Refined product parcels with full quantity and quality certification at load port.
Mine-to-refiner movements with documented chain of custody at every hand-off.
Warranted and non-warranted metal, sourced against brand and quality checks before shipment.
Seasonal origination from West Africa and South Asia into European and Asian processors.
The same five stages apply whether the cargo is a container of rubber or a bulk parcel of ore. Nothing moves to the next stage until the one before it is documented.
We confirm the producer, the grade and the real availability of a parcel before any offer leaves the desk.
Specification, tolerance, laycan, basis and payment terms fixed in writing, priced against a published index where one exists.
An independent surveyor takes quantity and quality at load port. Their certificate governs, not the seller's.
Freight, insurance, customs and bonded storage arranged, with the cargo tracked through to discharge.
Documents presented against the agreed instrument, with quality adjustments settled on the discharge assay.
Most deals fail on paperwork rather than price. These are the conditions we hold on both sides of a trade, and we expect counterparties to hold us to them in return.
Corporate documents, beneficial ownership and banking references before an offer is exchanged. Sanctions and PEP screening runs on every party to the contract.
No trading on unverifiable proof of product or soft probes. If a seller cannot evidence title and availability, or a buyer cannot evidence funds, the file closes.
Mineral and precious metal supply traced to origin, aligned with refiner due-diligence standards. We decline material we cannot audit.
Documentary and standby letters of credit, documents against payment, and cash against documents for established relationships.
Chartering for bulk parcels, container freight, inland haulage at origin, and customs clearance through both desks.
Counterparty identity, pricing and terms stay between the parties to the deal, and it is written into our mandates.
Two desks, placed where the cargo and the paperwork actually meet: North American buyers and finance on one side, Gulf, African and Asian origination on the other.
Tell us the product, grade, quantity, origin or destination, and the basis you want to work on. If it is a fit, we come back with a firm position rather than a circular.
